[:en]It is a small beach located on the coast of Oaxaca. For years, its older sisters, Mazunte and Zipolite, have captured all the attention of visitors, which is why we decided to stay here.
The daily life of the inhabitants of San Agustinillo begins each morning when the fishermen set out to sea and return at dawn with fresh fish and seafood. Mornings are spent greeting neighbors and dogs lying in the shade of the palapas. The sea, always there, comes and goes with its thunderous waves, which at sunset become a playground for surfers. Every night, the stars give us a different show, reminding us of the immensity of the universe.
The rainy season is very short, so we enjoy 345 sunny days with an average temperature of 30º C and a refreshing breeze. During your walks along the main street lined with palapa roofs, you will find small restaurants with explosive and fresh flavors, a small Oaxacan craft shop, and a beautiful mangrove forest that we all protect as a nature reserve. We also have 1 km of beach divided into 3 bays where you can enjoy a big wave for surfing or a quiet moment of relaxation.
